Summary: How can I set several machines to the same time-of-day?

A while back someone posted a program that set one computer's
time-of-day to another's. However, this program had to be run
manually (it was not very secure if run automatically). Can anyone
suggest an alternative method that is both automatic (upon boot) AND
secure? Please mail all responses.
