We are having troubles with biff and comsat.  They basicaly don't work
Specifically, comsat fails on the recv() but otherwise seems to be
working ok.  All the socket and bind stuff report no errors.  It appears
that whoever should be sending on that socket is not doing its job.  Who
might that be?  Sendmail?  /usr/ucb/mail?  Your grandmother?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, expect little or no remuneration.
