You should be able, with some hacking, be able to port ct from System V
to 4.2.  We've thought about that here, but have elected a simpler
solution because of the front end multiplexor that we have, an IDX-3000.
I looked at the code and am convinced that it can be done.  Use tip and
the autodial parts of uucp to understand what to change in ct.
