The recipe is simple, using only a spoon to mix. One does not beat this but stirs. The recipe I use may be found in the 1965 edition of "The Fannie Farmer Cookbook." It's probably in the newest edition, too. If it is omitted, a grave error was made! Cottage pudding is wonderful with any fruit on top. Enjoy. Estelle Mabry Research Triangle Institute
