I like to use frozen blueberries in pancakes. Mix them right in the batter, and by the time the panakes are cooked, the blueberries are unfrozen. Another favorite is peach/blueberry pie. The ingredients should be obvious. Also, blueberry kanten. If you are reading this in net.veg and you don't know what kanten is, you ought to find out about it!
