I just purchased a VHS Hi-Fi VCR -- Hitachi VT-89A.
What is the opinion out there on head cleaners ?
Which is the best one ?
What other maintenance can I do ?

Also, what is considered to be the best tapes for recording ?
Are T-160 tapes just as bad as C-120 audio tapes in terms of breaking ?
