Here at terak, we are in the processes of setting up a problem tracking
system for hardware/software bug/problem reports. 

This system would be used by users/support people/engineers
and would run on our Vax 750 running 4.2bsd Unix.

Before we go off and reinvent the wheel, i was wondering if there
is a system like this/or similar that can be adapted, available 
either in the public domain or commercial.

If you know of one, or are using one, we would very much like to hear
about it.
