It might be more appropriate to use it as a base for the technical newsletter. Somebody would have to look into gatewaying it to the USENET, but that shouldn't be too hard. Of course, ARPA regulations would require that it not contain commercial announcements, and SMI would probably be reluctant to dictate policy for it -- which seems like a feature to me. - Mike ps.
