A revised version of the questionnaire used for domain registration is
housed online at SRI-NIC.  The filename is NETINFO:DOMAIN-TEMPLATE.TXT
and it may be obtained via FTP.  If you are planning to register a
domain with the NIC, please use this questionnaire instead of the one
originally published in RFC 920 to submit requests.
