The June 1985 issue of Consumer Reports "tests" CD players. While I am no
great fan of CR, they do include a table of various features available on
a large number of players. They liked the Sony CDP-302 best (this is about
the first time I have owned anything that CR "top rated"), followed by the
Technics SL-P2 and the Sony CDP-102.
