I am not a horse person. Horses are ok, but I'm just not interested (my main interest is the people on my road that keep horses - it makes the location neat and adds to the real estate value of the neighborhood). Even so, I would recommend a visit to the Kentucky Horse Park, just off I-75 about 5 mi. N of Lexington, to everyone! The film they show is on a par with Disneyworld's best at Epcot! Superb! And I now have a contender for New England for the best place to ride bikes! The horse country around Georgetown is super! And the auto drivers are by far the most considerate that I have ever seen. If there's any Bluegrass Wheelmen on the net, Thanks for a Great weekend! ps. Total attendance was over 750. About 300 tried a recumbent! N.
