My mixture is roughly 3 parts egg batter (for me, 3 eggs and about 3 T. of milk) and 1-2 parts cheese. Adds a nice tang, improves the texture, and eliminates the need for salt. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Why do most recordings of Beethoven's Ninth sound like MMOs with the Choral tenor part missing? ---- /\ \ --Nick "Coosh" Cuccia / \ \ --{...}!ucbvax!cuccia (USENET) / /\ \ --cuccia%ucbmiro@Berkeley (Arpanet) /___/ \___\ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
