You bet! I have heard it called many and various things, but my standby name for it is "Vince's Special". A little fisheria in Menlo Park, CA called Vinces produces this simply marvelous dish: Equal parts cooked spinach, browned ground beef, and eggs. (Easiest portions are 1 package frozen spinach, 1/2 lb beef, 4 eggs) Drain the spinach and drain the beef. Put beef and spinach in frying pan, break eggs into mixture and fry as if scrambling eggs. Salt and pepper to taste. Looks like a pile of .... . Ah, but what a flavorful treat, and simple. Don't call me Julia, because I'm no longer a child. Keith Shillington
