	55 mph: it's a debate net.cycle can live without.

	If you don't believe me, PLEASE read net.auto, and see how the
useful information has been swallowed up by reams of vitriol about the 55mph
speed limit and the issue of truckers who tailgate.  Let's not have that
happen to net.cycle, which until now has been a haven for useful information
and civilized communication.  I, for one, promise not to post anything on
either of these two subjects in net.cycle, and I urge everyone else to do
likewise.  After all, if we feel like calling each other names about these
issues, there's always net.flame and net.auto.
