Lines: 12 The same law (turning wheels to curb on hill) is on the books in Seattle, San Francisco, and many other cities. The reason: there were too many cases of emergency brake failure and the car rolling down the hill killing and maiming on the way. I have seen it happen in Seattle. Luckily no one got hurt, but there was a lot of damage to property all the way down the street. Instaed of flaming off at the law, use the brains you got in the Kracker Jack box and think. If you were ignorant enough not to turn your wheels in on a hill, then you deserve a ticket. Not too many people are that dumb. T. C. Wheeler
