	YES! Nothing bugs me more than to see some Trans Am/ego machine
illegally parked in a CLEARLY MARKED handicapped parking place. Have
these jerks no sense at all? Are they trying to advertise their
inconsideration?
	Many of these idiots try to justify their actions with "Oh, I was
only going to be there 5 minutes and the space was free".  The signs on
these spaces say "Reserved for handicapped", not "Park here if you are in
a hurry". Time does not matter here, if you don't have a license tag to
park there, doing so is ILLEGAL! Period. And it is well within my right
to have such vehicles towed away.

Grrrrr....gimme a roof-mounted gun turret.....
