	Here in Orlando there doesn't seem to be any effort to ticket
	drivers who park in handicap slots or fire lanes on private
	property. I'm not sure if the police can ticket them and I'm
	sure the store would discourage it even if the police could
	give out tickets, since they're afraid the jerks will go shop
	somewhere else if they got ticketed or towed.
