Once, at Hickory Hollow in Nashville, I saw a tow truck driver and a
policeman going at a car in the handicapped spot with a coat hanger. 
They needed to break in because the car was backed in and thus could not
be towed out on its front wheels.  As they were working, a crowd gathered, 
and when the tow truck pulled away everybody applauded.

P.S.  If you don't want me to smoke in your presence, I won't.  But
PLEASE don't try to make smoking under any circumstances illegal.  I
still have the right to smoke in the privacy of my own home.  And if I'm
really "hell-bent on killing myself" as one person put it, so what? 
(There are non-smokers' insurance policies...)
