I have been quiet too long regarding this smoking thing.  My gripe agaist
smokers is a personal one.  I don't automatically hate smokers because
they smoke, I hate smoking.  I also hate people who smoke around non-
smokers when they could just as easily go elsewhere.  I hate smokers who
smoke near me when I eat.  I hate dirty ashtrays left near me when I eat.
(I move them)  Basically, I hate inconsiderate people, but this is a flame
against smokers.

I also am allergic to tobacco smoke...this doesn't help matters much.
It may be that a 5 minute drive in my car pollutes more than your smoking 1
cigarette.  However, I don't drive my car inside my car or in other poorly
ventilated places (like people's noses :-} ).  

I used to say that I couldn't date a smoker.  I recently have dated two.
I think I will go back to saying that.
