You also have a right to swing your fist at  the  end  of  your  arm.  That
right ends where my nose begins and so does your right to smoke.

It happens there's an actual United States Supreme Court decision  in  your
favor.  Sometime back in the '60s a case came up concerning the legality of
membership in the KKK, an outlawed organization.  I forget  who  wrote  the
majority  opinion,  but  in  his  summation  he  said  "...  a  man  has  a
constitutional right to be stupid.".  Note that he did _not_ say "... a man
has the constitutional right to inflict his stupidity on others.".

Feel free to burn your lungs out if  that's  what  makes  you  happy.  Blow
smoke in my face and I charge you with assault (there's legal precedent for
that, too).
