	I'm not sure if it's an actual law, but turning your wheels
to the curb is just good common sense. Think what would happen if, for
whatever reason, your 'operating emergency brake' decided not to operate.
If your wheels are pointed straight ahead, ZOOM, your car goes rolling
down the hill, endangering whatever is downhill from your parking place.
But if your wheels are turned to the curb, your car sags a few inches
and comes to rest safely against the curb.

	So anytime you park on a hill, do yourself a favor and turn
your wheels to the curb.
