Further, a number of articles in net.ham-radio have delt with packet radio topics recently. Therefore, I strongly think a new newsgroup "net.ham-radio.packet" is appropriate and should be cross-fed to the ARPA packet list. If there are no objections, I will create the new newsgroup.
