to all radio amateurs bt

faroe islands.  oz5dl and oz5ur will sign oy/oz5dl and oy/oz5ur
from  june  3  to  14.   the  operation  will  mainly be on cw,
although there will be some rtty and ssb.  cw frequencies  will
be  1837, 3510, 7005, 14030, 21015 and 28015 khz, plus the warc
bands.  rtty will be on 3590, 7040, 14090, 21090 and 28090  khz
with  ssb on 3645, 7045, 7070, 14210, 21210 and 28510 khz.  qsl
via the home calls.

soviet georgia.  an expedition to soviet georgia is planned for
this  weekend  and  the  wpx contest.  up3bp/uf will be on 160,
up2nk/uf on 80 and up3bi/uf on 40.

lebanon.  ted, od5lx, has been active on 7008 khz at 0300z.

jordan.  jy9wr has been on 40 meters at 0000 and 0300z.  qsl to
g4ats.

rodrigues.  3b9cd has been worked on 7004 khz at 1230z.

marshall islands.  kx6ds has been on 7006 khz at 1030z.

tuvalu.  t2aev has been active on 28522 khz at  0240z  and  has
been worked from the u.s. east coast.

franz josef land.  uw3hy continues activity  on  14029  khz  at
1200z.   turkey.   several  stations  have been active recently
from turkey.  ta1c has been  on  7022  khz  at  0100z,  working
europe  and north america.  qst to box 188, istanbul.  ta1d has
been on 14027 khz at 0130z.  qsl to box 1167,  istanbul.   ta1a
has been on 14025 khz at 2300z.

easter island.  ce0zig has been active on  7009  khz  at  0300z
several days this week.

svalbard.  jw0eq is active on 14002 khz at 0000z.

greenland.  hb9apj and hb9asj will operate /ox from august 2 to
25.   cw  frequencies  will be 7020, 14050, 21050 and 28050 khz
while ssb will be on 7080, 14180, 21180 and 28580 khz.

satellite dxcc.  contacts made via amsat oscar 10 will  now  be
accepted  for  the satellite dxcc award.  credit is retroactive
to the date oscar 10 first became available for contacts.   the
satellite  dxcc  certificate is a non endorsable, one time only
award.  applicants must submit forms cd 164 and cd 253.   forms
are  available  from  arrl hq for a business sized sase with 44
cents postage affixed  ar
