I recently posted the results of my search for an easy way to save hard copies
of unROTted jokes.  The solution I gave works, but is a little round-about.
Someone (I'm sorry I don't remember who) gave me the perfect solution:

D > filename

you do this when you are given the choice of "[ynq]" after the header.
