A while back in one of the Chicago suburbs a guy handed a teller at a
bank a note telling her to give him $16 000 in small bills.  She looked
at the note and at the would-be bank robber and said

"Sir, for a withdrawl this large I will have to have a withdrawl slip"

The guy was arrested standing in line with a filled out withdrawl slip.
