I REALLY got a good laugh out of these , here are some of my *attempts*:

Pesimistic: stops half way before getting to the urinal.

Optimistic: INSISTS on standing there while nothing happens.

Courtious: Allows the guy behind him to go first, while at the same time he's
      	   pissing himself.

Lazy: Asks somebody else to go for him.

Strong/Outgoing: Makes a dent in the back of the urinal.

Weakling: Asks for assistance.

Overlynice: He's the one who offers the weakling help.

Clumsy/uncoordinated: Manages to get it all over the place!

Healthnut: Does his exercises at the same time as he's leaking.

Obnoxious: Pushes the guy in front of him out of the way so he can go first.
	   (Of course, the guy in front's not done yet).

Would like to see more.........!
