I will start sending slow_death_mail to people who do not have the
courtesy/intelligence to put "(rot13)" or "rotated" or "coded"
or SOMETHING on their subject lines when their posting is indeed
coded.  And DON'T do one of these:

Subject: The Big Black Bug and Other Interesting Trivial Bits (rot13)

because the notesfiles software will (in its infinite wisdom) truncate
to ?36? characters; if your subject line is even relatively long
put the (rot13) at the beginning.

VERY tired of hitting delete to kill the pager, typing '-' followed
by <cr> to get back to the article, and then typing 'D' followed by
<cr> to decode (too bad 'D-' doesn't work properly),
