I received an information packet from Syros, in Tempe, Arizona.  They
are offering source code (in C) for an implementation of the ISO/NBS
Class 4 transport protocol.

If the product is any good it would be a real find.  Their one-time
license fee is $12K, and includes unlimited distribution of derived
object code.

Is this company reliable?  Is the product as good as it sounds?
