	Is there anybody out there who knows of any good reference
books on basic risk theory ? I have to learn about it fast or at
least about some elementary aspects of it so if anyone knows of
a good text etc. would they please forward the information to me
via the net.

	Just out of curiosity I wouldn't mind hearing about
any particularly fascinating aspects of risk theory. Anybody
have any interesting problems or observations ?
