Has anyone had any experience with the Digital Research C Compiler
in an MS/DOS or PC/DOS development environment?  What other development
tools are required (beyond the standard MS/DOS distribution) to use
it?  Please comment on portability of the source code, extent of the
library, reliability, conformance to "standard" C (whatever that is).
