Victor, MDM740 has been superceeded by MODM700 and returned to the
public-domain.  We have a copy of it here at SIMTEL20 which you can
get via FTP from any Arpa/Milnet site.  If I may be of any assistance
in forwarding files or help with problems, please let me know.
