To my surprise, there has been considerable interest in continuing development in this area. A year ago Apple donated some computers to Prof George Hart in the Dept. of South Asian Studies at U.C. Berkeley after he submitted a proposal to further the work. He now has the following fonts available: Devanagari Tamil Tibetan You can get copies of the fonts along with further information by sending a check for $10 made out to "Regents of the University of California" to: Professor George Hart Dept. of South Asian Studies 1203 Dwinelle Hall University of California Berkeley, CA 94720 Also, if there is sufficient interest, I will post these fonts on the net. They are in the public domain, but may not be sold. Mark Cutter Author/Developer of MacDraw and LisaDraw Education Research Group Apple Computer Inc.
