They're great, particularly for $2000. One is configured with an IBM mono card and screen, since Tandy's were the same price, the other with an Everex multifunction screen adapter. We've plugged in 3COM Ethernet, AST cards, and they all work. Software seems quite compatible -- everything works including persnickety things like Flight Simulator. My main complaint is that the keyboard is a Keytronics with mushy feel and switched \ and shift keys in the lower left. But that's not much of a complaint. We'll certainly never buy an XT again unless IBM drops the price down to $999 at Christmas, like they did with the Jr to clear them out before they cancelled them. John Levine, ima!johnl
