A friend of mine like to quote part of a poem (or maybe parts of two
different poems) about "the bare foot boy with boots on".

Unfortunately, Ken doesn't know the origin or author of this work.
I would like to find the original work.  Anyone who either knows the
poem in full or knows where I can find it, PLEASE reply by E-Mail.
I would greatly appreciate it.
