I believe this to be true. A day and a night ago I constructed a long (40 feet or so) RS232 cable, carried my terminal upstairs to my living room, and attached it to my computer with this cable. This morning I could hardly walk across the living room, and the terminal was banished back into the cellar. If you find that your environment is becoming overly cluttered, take my suggestion, and look around. You might find a computer or a computer terminal nearby. mm
