And since the lyrics were not copied per se, I dont think anyone should be worrying about copyright violation. These lyrics were probably gleaned from thousands of hours of of the tapes that the Dead have never restricted. I dont think the band would mind them being posted, considering the important acid test - no one has profited from them. In fact, in reference to some who said that a European Deadhead was selling copies, the posting of the lyrics probably saved the publishing world from losing several dollars of ill-gotten gains.
