I would dearly like to see net.general moderated in the same manner
as net.announce, or else changed to mod.general.  I would be willing
to do this myself, although I'm sure there are better qualified
people around.

I would be interested in hearing (by e-mail, NOT posting) other's
opinions on this subject, i.e. votes.  I will repost the results of
this in approximately two weeks to one month.
