Before 2.10.2 I was archiving selected news groups.  After installing
2.10.2 I found my old command nolonger worked.  I tried to infer the
command from the source but it still doesn't seem to work.  I am using
the command:

    expire -a 'net.bugs.all,net.sources,net.news.b,mod.sources'

But on checking my oldnews directory I find I still don't have any files
saved there!  If you are archiving news successfully under 2.10.2 then
please send me your expire command line.
