Take Labanon for example. Or Kuwait. Or Iran. Maybe some middle east student was getting home sick. Don't bother flaming about this one. I come from the same corner of the world. Not that I understand the motivation behind these acts. Then again there are some professors I wouldn't mind seeing a meeting such a fate. Especially the ones that give you a 'C' for not attending lectures.
