Spock wrote in his will that he wanted to be buried in space. Apparently, he felt that being of mixed blood precluded the Vulcan religious right. Kirk would follow Spock's feelings, not having heard of the Vulcan rites. As closed mouth as Vulcans are about things like sex, I'd guess Vulcans would be too closed mouth to talk about Vulcan funerals anyway. You can try asking a Vulcan for further details yourself.
