There are at least several decent SF books availiable.
These include a Brave New World, "1984", Farenheit 451, and the like.

More may come to mind with a bit of thought.

Does "Rearden Metal" (static power, etc) allow "Atlas Shrugged" to count
as SF?  Probably not, but then again....
