Once again, it was a team effort with the emphasis squarely on defense. Somehow, Larry Bird became the hero after having a lousy shooting night. The old adage says the great ones do that ... If someone had asked me to predict a Boston win in 5 games, I certainly wouldn't have done it. In fact, I may have said Philly will win in 5, not Boston. Therefore, I'm not even going to try to forecast the LA-Boston re-match. Suffice it to say it will be great to see them go at it again. Forget LA's 44 point win over Denver Wednesday, that was an overmatched (and injured) Denver team. Besides, LA knew that Boston won and they could smell the Atlantic from Inglewood. Put the pink tofu and soyburgers away folks; it's time for some serious basketball. Go Boston! - kevin UUCP: {allegra, decvax, ihnp4, ucbvax}!decwrl!dec-rhea!dec-akov01!haggerty ARPA: haggerty%akov01.DEC@decwrl.ARPA
