Apparently it is some Canadian-American league that is trying to get going and intends to include the following rules: 1) No players taller than 6'4" 2) No fouling out 3) 4 points for a shot from midcourt Can this possibly be for real? My first reaction was to check the cover date of the magazine. No, it wasn't April 1. Has anyone heard anything about this league? Can it possibly succeed?
