Sure, Jeff, she is Barbara Babcock.  She was Phil Esterhaus' girlfriend on
Hill Street Blues.  The story is that they were 'making nookie-nookie' when
Phil had a fatal heart attack.  ;-)

She is really one of my favorite Star Trek ladies.
