Hello there,

I just got a catalog in the mail from a sci-fi collectables distributor
and there are two things I see that don't have very good descriptions. 
They are:

The Doctor Who Technical Manual
and
Doctor Whom A Celebration (Is it worth the money? What kind of stuff does
it have in it?)

I also want to ask if some things are any good like:

The buttons (that say stuff like "Renegade Time Lord", etc... with no pict.)
The Tee-Shirts and jerseys
Full color 22"x17" posters
and
The hats
and Enamel Pins

P.S. 
I am not sure if I am allowed to give the name of this place, but
