Halt syncs! > > Jim Hutchison I'm not sure if a halt is what I think it is, but we have a MASSCOMP which has a reboot command to bring the system down gracefully. The reboot does a sync, but I have started the practise of doing a sync before the reboot since on many occasions reboot has caused a panic before getting to the sync.
