After several hours of trying to make a termcap I was given work with my
Kaypro, I've come to the conclusion that there's something magical about how
the screen gets cleared.  Since I've decided I like half-intensity, I hung
the appropriate escape sequences on the various clear the screen codes.
This unfortunately does not have the desired effect, on top of which the
delay required for these functions is astronomical.  Is there some hidden
clear function I don't know about?  Any help would be appreciated.  Please
mail as I don't normally read this group.
