	I am looking for the structure to the Microsoft Library
Archiver (LIB) Files. I find that moving between UN*X and MS-DOS/PC-DOS
really causes problems. I want to create an Archiver that will
operate the same way as 'ar'. If anyone has information related to
this, please reply directly to me. If there is enough interest, I
will summarize to the net and post the source to my 'ar' program.
