Then point to a continued conspiracy on their part, and make it difficult for them to get a job (Affirmative Action) to "even things out." Next, point to that group's criminal tendencies, and restrict their actions. Finally, make them wear yellow stars on their clothing, put them in concentration camps, and murder them.
