If the bad guy takes money (or a car, or your overcoat), it's robbery. If the bad guy beats you up, it's battery. If the bad guy inserts various parts of his/her body into yours, it's rape. I don't know what it is called if the bad guy takes your money and inserts it into various parts of your body, but I'm sure there is a legal definition for it. Q.E.D., acting upon the ability to threaten is assault. Armed robbery is a crime of property. Adrienne Regard
